Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist complies and maintains accounts payable records.
Preferred Experience:
- Education/Certification(s): High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous accounts payable experience
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Accounts Payable Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
- Process Inventory Invoices and/or Drop Ship Invoices
- Review & Reconcile Statements
- Maintains all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets
