Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hardscape Supervisor to lead our Hardscape team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for Hardscape design, and a commitment to quality work. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high standards of landscaping and groundskeeping. As well as managing a small crew of guys.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Hardscapers in various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscape features, including Retaining Walls, Patios, Fences and more.
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the crew, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Train team members on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any maintenance issues as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Hardscape , with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of Hardscape design principles, Retaining Wall installation, Layout of jobs and patio installation.
- Ability to build relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required for transportation between job sites.
