Position Overview
We are currently hiring:
- Concrete Foreman (Experienced Leader)
- Concrete Finishers (Skilled Tradesmen)
We are looking for individuals who have hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a reliable crew. The foreman will lead projects and crews, while finishers will be responsible for high-quality concrete placement and finishing.
Responsibilities
Foreman:
- Lead and manage concrete crew on job sites
- Read and interpret plans and ensure accurate layout
- Coordinate with project managers and equipment operators
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to high-quality standards
- Maintain job site safety and productivity
Finishers:
- Place, level, and finish concrete (flatwork, walls, etc.)
- Operate hand and power tools (screeds, floats, trowels, etc.)
- Assist with forming, pouring, and cleanup
- Maintain attention to detail for smooth, professional finishes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete work (Foreman must have leadership experience)
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work as a team and take direction
- Knowledge of grading and site prep is a plus
