The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for club members and guests. This position supports daily clubhouse operations by assisting members, maintaining common areas, and ensuring the clubhouse is consistently presented to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist club members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clubhouse common areas, lounges, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Restock towels, supplies, beverages, and other clubhouse amenities as needed.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining areas for club events, member functions, and daily activities.
- Monitor clubhouse areas and promptly address any cleanliness, maintenance, or member-service concerns.
- Provide courteous assistance with member requests and direct questions to the appropriate staff when needed.
- Help maintain an organized and inviting atmosphere throughout the clubhouse.
- Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding clubhouse needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to cook,clean and organized environment.
- Previous hospitality, country club, hotel, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting supplies, and performing routine physical tasks throughout a shift.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.24 - $19.83 per hour
