What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at METTLER TOLEDO?
*Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow sales
*Achieve all sales targets by growing business within defined account base
*Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits to client sites to conduct product demonstrations, seminars, training, business reviews and more
*Follow established CRM guidelines for Lead-Activity-Opportunity-Order process to drive effective pipeline management. Maintain integrity of pipeline over time but updating relevant information on an ongoing basis.
*Establish trusted advisor status by mastering product knowledge and applications and always providing the highest levels of customer support
*Create cross-selling opportunities to support Mettler Toledo solutions across the value-chain
*Utilize relevant marketing materials and also develop customer-facing content including PowerPoint presentations, Excel data reports within corporate guidelines
*Complete required reports on a timely basis
*Bachelor's degree preferably in a life sciences discipline
*2 or more years of customer-facing experience in the Life Science Research marketplace a plus
*Experience identifying new business opportunities and onboarding new customers in the Life Science Research marketplace
*Computer skills: CRM, Excel, Remote Meeting Tools, Email tools
