Are you ready to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a dynamic team? We're seeking a Business Operations Manager to own all customer-facing processes for Inside Sales Support, Customer Service, Billing, and Distribution Logistics within our Sales and Marketing Organization. Your Impact:
- Champion the customer experience as the internal "Voice of the Customer"
- Manage a team of 4-6 Inside Sales Support Representatives
- Ensure timely order entry and customer response, including oversight of our Shared Business Center in Malaysia
- Lead eCommerce initiatives to onboard customers and launch new platforms
- Collaborate across logistics, procurement, sales, and marketing teams
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors in business or equivalent experience.
- Systems-oriented, including knowledge with SAP CRM, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel.
- 2-3 years of experience in a management function.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our office in Billerica, MA.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is ideal.
