As a Client Care Specialist, you will serve as a vital link for pet owners during critical times. In this role, you will greet clients warmly, manage incoming calls, execute precise scheduling, and handle phone triage to keep hospital operations moving seamlessly.

Available Shifts
Available positions consist of up to four weekly 10-hour shifts designed to maximize your impact during peak hours:
- Second shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Third shift: 10 PM – 8 AM
- First shift weekends: Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Scheduling is predictable and completed 60 days in advance so you can plan your life.
Our Hourly Differentials:
- $3.00/hr | Saturday & Sunday Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- $4.00/hr | Evening Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- $5.00/hr | Overnight Shift (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
