As the first face clients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their families every day.
We're a busy, full-service animal hospital with three amazing doctors and a team dedicated to exceptional patient care, teamwork, and kindness. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in/check-out
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Support clients with empathy during both happy and challenging moments
- Help keep our front desk and lobby welcoming and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for helping people and animals
