Responsibilities
- Attend evening board meetings
- Oversee vendors and contracts
- Prepare community budgets
- Approve standard invoices
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local industry specific laws
- Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
- Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
- Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Understand and enforce the communities bylaws and policies
- Proven working experience in property management
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Deep understanding of real estate law
- Excellent communication, and organization skills
- Computer savvy to handle multiple online applications
