Job Summary
The Site Manager is the primary on-site leader responsible for overseeing and managing Metropolitan Healthcare Services, Inc.'s managed employees at a designated hospital facility. This critical role ensures that all assigned staff perform their duties effectively, adhere to hospital standards and company policies, and maintain high levels of patient care and service. The Site Manager acts as the direct liaison between our employees and the hospital administration, addressing operational needs, performance issues, and serving as the first point of contact for all on-site personnel matters, including performance management and terminations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct, on-site supervision and leadership to all assigned Metropolitan Healthcare Services employees at the hospital site.

Monitor employee performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to job descriptions, hospital protocols, and quality standards.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with employees, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Metropolitan Healthcare Services employees and hospital management/staff.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and client requests in a timely and effective manner.

Facilitate effective communication channels between the staffing agency, its employees, and the hospital client.

Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping, ensuring adequate staffing levels and compliance.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and conducting investigations as needed.

Exercise authority to initiate and conduct employee terminations when necessary, following company policy and legal guidelines.

Collaborate with the agency's HR and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and support for on-site staff.

Maintain a deep understanding of the hospital's operational needs and culture to best support both employees and the client.

Prepare and submit regular reports on site operations, employee performance, and client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies at the site level.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with direct reports.

Proven experience within a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic) or a staffing agency is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with employees and clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage performance, resolve conflicts, and handle sensitive employee relations matters, including terminations.
