Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and
coordinate measuring machines (CMM), to verify part dimensions and
tolerances. ? Collaborate with engineering and production teams to
troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes. ? Implement
lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in
the production process. ? Maintain equipment by performing regular
inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed. ? Ensure compliance
with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards throughout
the programming process. Experience ? Proven experience as a CNC
Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment. ? Strong
mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and
