Positions are available across multiple areas of the stone fabrication process, including machine operation, polishing, fabrication, and field installation. Candidates may specialize in one area or be cross-trained across departments based on experience and business needs.

Machine Operators

• Operate CNC machines, bridge saws, waterjets, and fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Load, position, and secure stone slabs safely for cutting and processing
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance

Polishers / Fabricators

• Polish and finish stone surfaces and edges to company quality standards
• Perform edge profiling, seam preparation, and surface finishing
• Inspect materials for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Installers

• Deliver and install stone countertops at residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure proper fit, leveling, and secure installation
• Perform final adjustments, seaming, and finishing work onsite
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers
• Follow all safety and handling procedures during transport and installation

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to make it to work on time.
Work hours are Mon.-Fri. 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime available as needed.
