As a key individual contributor, you will own a regional territory, driving net-new business and negotiating deals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Metropolis's presence as we revolutionize parking and beyond with cutting-edge AI and computer vision technology. You'll leverage your relationship-building skills and network to drive growth and impact.What you'll doOwn the full sales cycle in your assigned regional territory (Seattle) from prospecting and relationship development to negotiation and closeIdentify and develop net new business opportunities through multiple lead generation channels including cold outreach and networking eventsUse a consultative approach to uncover pain points and translate them into customized, solution-oriented proposalsLead client presentations, including discovery sessions and proposal deliveryBuild upon and create new relationships across key stakeholder groupsWork cross functionally with teams on underwriting and financial modelingCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and legal to align efforts to overall business goalsMonitor and manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM to drive continuous improvementStay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies and initiativesTravel regionally to support clients and prospecting as neededWhat we're looking for8 years in B2B business development, sales, or related rolesExperience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partnersDemonstrated ability to create new relationships and leverage existing ones to generate opportunities and accelerate deal velocityStrong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuringProven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in net-new, greenfield territoriesSkilled in managing complex, multi-threaded deals with strong negotiation and closing capabilitiesApply a creative approach to communicating value propositions across diverse audiencesData-literate with experience in pipeline management and forecastingProficient in sales tools and CRM platforms, such as SalesforceAbility to travel regionallyWhile not required, these are a plus:Experience selling within the proptech, mobility, or related industriesWhen you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $160,000.00 USD to $180,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. #LI-KD1 #LI-OnsiteMetropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience.
