The successful candidate will work directly under the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for the coordination of each assigned project at a granular level, acting as an advocate on the client’s behalf.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

- Oversee and manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain project schedules and meet all project milestones.
- Oversee and manage the filing of applications and permits for alterations and new construction, ensuring all submissions to the Department of Buildings (DOB) are complete, accurate, and meet required standards.
- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule that includes critical milestones, filing deadlines, and approval timelines (e.g., Alt 1/Alt 2 submissions, inspections), ensuring adequate time for permits and approvals.
- Ensure all required forms, documents, and supporting materials are properly prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes to scope or schedule.
- Regularly update project status in the internal Project Management system, ensuring all project details, milestones, and changes are accurately recorded.
- Manage billing for services performed in accordance with approved proposals and change orders.
- Direct, mentor and support Assistant Project Managers:
- Assume accountability for the fulfillment and accuracy of duties outlined in the Assistant Project Manager role and responsibilities.
- Coordinates the efforts of the following parties via phone, video chat, emails, and/or in-person meetings.
- Prioritize assigned workload based on expectations set with the client.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 -$90,000.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Minimum of 3-5 of Project Manager experience or related
- Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, tight deadlines and work on various projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in standard computer operation and office productivity software; Microsoft software
- Collaborative team player, but also able to drive initiatives independently.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, utilizing industry standard vocabulary.
- This is a fulltime position, Monday - Friday with the schedule being 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am -5pm
