What You’ll Do:
As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our nationwide operations by supporting our team, streamlining processes, and solving problems before they even appear.
- Support the coordination of our nationwide field technician team
- Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and proactively
- Update and maintain internal tools and systems (Slack, Dropbox, Job Management Software)
- Track and execute logistics, assist with project planning, and manage task workflows
- Take on special projects and administrative tasks with ownership and accountability
- Be the “go-to” person that team members rely on—you’re the difference between chaos and clarity
