Caretaker

We are seeking a Caretaker to support the daily cleaning and upkeep of our property(ies). This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and works under the direction of the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and grounds
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash pickup
• Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal and grounds care
• Ensure service vendors complete work as scheduled
• Assist with unit turns to prepare apartments.
• Replace light bulbs and help maintain maintenance and storage areas
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
