Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate:

- Assess customer needs to present customized wireless solutions, ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Handle all sales, upgrades, and service enrollments efficiently, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Track customer feedback to continually enhance service and offerings.
- Participate in local outreach events to strengthen Verizon's community presence.
- Guide customers through onboarding, device setup, and plan features.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust approach.
