We’re Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)!
MetroCare of Springfield Homecare is seeking an RN to support our Homecare VNA and ASAP programs.
This position requires hands-on nursing care and travel to clients’ homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing assessments and direct patient care.
- Conducting supervisory visits and supporting home health aides.
- Coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Homecare experience preferred.
