Stocker 3rd Shift

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring that products are readily available for customers. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
• Organize stock on shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessible to customers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy items safely within the warehouse or store.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels, product availability, and any discrepancies.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide information as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Support retail sales efforts by ensuring that promotional displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.80 - $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
