As the Guest Services Director, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring that every visitor receives outstanding service and that our staff is motivated and well-trained. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Guest Services team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Monitor and evaluate guest services performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Plan and organize guest engagement initiatives and events to promote community relations
- Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service, preferably in a recreational or athletic setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating positive experiences for guests
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
- Experience developing training programs and materials for staff
