Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors
- Be a knowledgeable resource, answering guests' questions and providing accurate information about our programs, services, and policies
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and registrations, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
- Manage phone calls and emails, promptly and confidently addressing inquiries and requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
