The property management team is now seeking an* Administrative Assistant* to join our company.

The Job:

  • 5-day work week, with overtime potential.
  • Work location is Milford, CT in a dynamic, comfortable, new office space.
  • Work with all departments to assist with the day to day workload.
  • Assist with data entry and other various tasks.
  • Answer phones and process incoming mail.
  • Perform banking activates on and offsite.
  • The Applicant must have Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • The Applicant must have the ability to work independently and communicate with the Manager and Team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communications Skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Drivers License required.

The Benefits:

  • $22.00 – $25.00 per hour worked, with overtime potential when available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
