MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Set-up Technician in our Field Service department. The primary focus of this role is setting up and calibrating new machines. Additional areas as needed will be: assisting with installs, fill in as support to the warehouse and other duties as assigned while training onsite. Although this position will start onsite in our shop, the intent would be to move into a client facing field service position.

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Set-up Technician in our Field Service department. The primary focus of this role is setting up and calibrating new machines. Responsibilities
- Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
- Unboxing and setting up new machines.
- Update settings on Machines.
- Calibrate machines based on guidelines.
- Assist with machine installations as needed.
- Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field.
- Complete assigned training and certifications.
- May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Act as a back-up to the warehouse team as needed.
- Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CompTIA A and NET Certifications or willingness to attain certifications.
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
