Accounting Manager
Department: Finance
Reports To: Integrator / General Manager
Status: Full-Time
Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting. This role provides leadership with clear financial visibility and supports strategic decision-making through strong financial management and disciplined processes.
The Accounting Manager operates within a company that follows the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and will play a key role in maintaining accountability, supporting company measurables, and ensuring financial processes are documented and consistently followed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a structured environment that values transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management:
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger management, payroll coordination, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and enforce internal financial controls.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals as needed.
EOS Alignment:
- Own and maintain key financial measurables that contribute to the company Scorecard.
- Participate in leadership meetings and provide financial insights when needed.
- Support quarterly priorities (“Rocks”) by providing financial data and tracking progress.
- Assist leadership in identifying, discussing, and solving financial issues as they arise.
Process & Accountability:
- Document and maintain core accounting processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and support strategic planning.
- Assist department leaders with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management.
- Communicate financial performance and potential risks clearly and effectively.
- Foster accountability and transparency in financial operations.
Measurables:Success in this role will be evaluated through measurable outcomes, including:
- Timely delivery of accurate monthly financial statements.
- Accounts receivable aging maintained within company targets.
- Accounts payable processed accurately and on schedule.
- Budget versus actual variance tracking and reporting.
- Audit readiness and financial documentation accuracy.
- Monthly, weekly, and daily cashflow pulse competency.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience.
- Minimum of (2) years of leadership or management experience.
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in a construction cost environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a company that utilizes the EOS framework.
- Experience in service-based or multi-location organizations.
- Experience in payroll (Construction).
- Experience with QB Desktop to QB Online transition.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $79,040.00 Annually.
- Potential: Up to $102,960.00 by the end of your 2nd Year.
