Full Job Description
Metro paving Inc. is looking to fill the following positions for the 2026 asphalt season
- Superintendent with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Asphalt Paving and gravel / grading must have ability to be in charge of multiple crews & knowledge of all aspects of the paving industry
-Paving Foreman- Benefits include union pay/insurance, plus bonus $$ company pickup, phone. Requirements- Must be able to run paver, Class A CDL a plus. Experience required
-Patching Foreman- Benefits include union pay/insurance, company pickup, phone. Requirements- CDL Class A, know how to operate paver, skid loader, mill for skid steer. Experience required
Base Foreman/Operator- Benefits include union pay/insurance, company pickup, phone. Requirements- Must be able to operate Heavy equipment , have a Class A CDL. Experience required
-Skid loader Operator- Benefits- Union pay. Requirements-must , have experience grading, patching and asphalt removal. Class A CDL.
-Roller Operator- Union pay, Requirements- Must have 3-5 years experience in rolling asphalt. Class A CDL Required
-Dump Truck Driver- non-Union pay top $$$$ Requirements- Class A CDL, Experience( dumping ) with a paving crew.
Asphalt Laborer- non-union pay top $$$ Must have 2 years experience on paving crew, CDL a plus
