Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the nationwide recruiting function of Metro One Security. This leader will drive talent acquisition strategy, strengthen recruiting operations, and ensure effective, scalable hiring practices that support business growth and operational needs.
Partnering closely with executive and operational leadership, the Senior Director will develop recruiting strategies, lead and develop talent acquisition teams, and drive consistent, high-quality candidate experiences while achieving hiring goals and advancing overall recruiting performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national talent acquisition team
- Oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruiting operations to support workforce needs across multiple locations throughout the United States
- Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring strategies
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost efficiency
- Establish and optimize sourcing strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines and support hiring objectives
- Oversee candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging process
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline performance, and hiring outcomes to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company standards and applicable employment laws
- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's ability to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless new hire transitions
- Travel as needed based on business needs
- Willing and able to pass extensive pre-employment screening process
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven success leading high-volume, multi-site recruiting operations, preferably supporting large hourly workforces
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams while driving accountability and results
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000/yr bonus based on performance
