We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Receptionist to join our salon team. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for every client.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Manage client check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule and manage appointments using the salon's booking system
Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions
Answer client questions regarding services, pricing, and promotions
Communicate client requests, preferences, and schedule changes to technicians
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
Monitor and restock front desk supplies as needed
Support basic social media tasks such as taking nail photos and responding to reviews or messages
Support overall salon operations when needed, including: Washing, drying, and folding towels - Taking out trash and sweeping floors
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
