We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Receptionist to join our salon team. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for every client.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage client check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule and manage appointments using the salon’s booking system
- Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions
- Answer client questions regarding services, pricing, and promotions
- Communicate client requests, preferences, and schedule changes to technicians
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Monitor and restock front desk supplies as needed
- Support basic social media tasks such as taking nail photos and responding to reviews or messages
- Support overall salon operations when needed, including: Washing, drying, and folding towels - Taking out trash and sweeping floors
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour

Monday – Saturday : 5-hour shifts
