Position Summary
We’re looking for a sales-driven Service Advisor to join our team. This role is all about communication, customer experience, and driving service approvals. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle needs and guiding them through recommended services using our proven sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns clearly
- Present service recommendations and gain approvals
- Use PMI videos and inspection findings to support transparent selling
- Follow our sales process to maximize conversions
- Make follow-up calls on open/declined estimates to drive additional revenue
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and support daily shop operations
- Provide excellent customer updates and ensure a smooth service experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior automotive service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfort with presenting estimates and overcoming objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
