Position Overview
The Dispatch/Manager plays a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. You’ll coordinate technician schedules, manage customer communications, oversee job progress, and support vehicle and inventory logistics. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls and installations
Manage daily schedules and job assignments efficiently
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow up on service
Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion
Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts, and labor
Track and schedule vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and mileage logs
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Collaborate with office staff and field technicians to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in dispatching, office management, or operations (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or technical training a plus)
