What You’ll Be DoingAs our Public Notice Account Representative, you’ll be the primary contact for businesses, legal professionals, and walk-in clients who need to publish public notices, foreclosures, court filings, and other legal ads. Your role blends customer service, account management, and data accuracy — all essential to keeping our advertising operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound communication with clients, responding quickly and professionally to questions or ad requests.
- Performing a high volume of data entry, ensuring orders and customer details are accurate and complete.
- Managing billing accounts, processing payments, and coordinating with our credit team when needed.
- Working closely with advertising and production teams to ensure notices are published correctly and on time.
- Following up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve issues
Work Environment
- Office-based role requiring extended computer use.
- Occasional lifting or moving of items (typically no more than 10 lbs)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and resolve client questions.
- Exceptional accuracy in data entry and order management, with a focus on compliance.
- Proficiency with Excel, databases, and billing/order entry systems.
- Dependable, professional, and consistent in on-site attendance.
- Prior experience in advertising, sales, customer service, or administrative roles (newspaper or legal settings a plus)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
