We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our award-winning Kia Service department. You'll build relationships with customers, coordinate with our technicians, and help guide every guest through their service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
$50,000 – $100,000 annually
Your income is based on your performance, customer satisfaction, and ability to build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work the service drive to ensure every customer receives prompt and exceptional service.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair estimates.
- Coordinate repairs with our Technicians to keep work flowing efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Schedule future maintenance and build long-term customer relationships.
- Answer phone calls and owner inquiries with a concierge-level customer service approach.
- Help maximize Technician productivity by effectively managing repair order scheduling.
- Deliver an outstanding ownership experience that keeps customers coming back.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (1 year)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
