What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Aeschbach Automotive LLC?
EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Aeschbach Automotive – Middleton, WI
We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to run a busy service drive, communicate with customers, and keep work moving through the shop.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the automotive repair industry and is ready to bring their experience to a strong, growing team.

- Building a team of people who take pride in what they do
We’re a $3M operation with a strong reputation, a growing customer base, and big plans for what comes next.

- Handle multiple vehicles and priorities without losing track of the details
- Make sure customers leave feeling informed and taken care of
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You already know what it takes to be a successful Service Advisor.
You can talk to the customer who knows absolutely nothing about cars just as comfortably as you can talk to an experienced technician.
You’re organized. You follow through. You know how to prioritize. You can handle a busy day without letting the chaos take over.
Most importantly, you take ownership.
We want someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it.
EXPERIENCE
Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience advising in a professional automotive repair environment
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Experience building and presenting estimates
- Confidence discussing recommendations and asking for the sale
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
- Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software is a plus
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE HERE
