Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Chrome, Injection, and Assembly Operator positions for a manufacturing client in Lewisburg, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
- Operate chrome, injection molding, and assembly equipment
- Perform basic machine operation and monitor production processes
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble components according to work instructions
- Maintain production pace to meet daily goals
- Identify defects and report quality issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist team members and support overall production needs
Compensation (USD):
$15.00 – $16.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift
Shift times will be confirmed during interview
2nd Shift
Shift times will be confirmed during interview
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
