- Set up and operate folding machines (MBO, Stahl, or similar) to fold printed sheets according to job specifications.
- Produce 16s, 32s, and gatefolds.
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout each run.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other bindery tasks as needed (cutting, stitching, padding, etc.).
- Follow all safety procedures and production schedules.
- Previous experience operating a folder in a printing or bindery environment preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn our process and follow instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team player who takes pride in their work.
