About the Role
Metro Hospitality is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple hospitality properties. This role is responsible for leading security teams, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees, and maintaining consistent security standards across all assigned locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise security operations across multiple properties.
- Lead, train, and support on-site security personnel.
- Conduct routine property inspections and security audits.
- Respond to incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with property managers and local law enforcement when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality security.
- Experience managing security across multiple locations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between assigned properties and work flexible shifts.
- Valid Arizona Security Guard License is a plus.
