Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Superintendent, you will coordinate all on-site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your energetic leadership will drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment.
Duties
- Lead daily operations on construction sites, supervising crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee site safety programs, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA standards and other safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guide onsite activities accurately.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, AutoDeskBuild, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Supervision of all construction aspects of major building projects.
- Oversee and supervise the workflow and all trades on the jobsite.
- Coordinate all deliveries and work schedule on site to insure continuous workflow.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Design Team.
- Maintain daily logs, site safety reports, Tool Box Talks, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports for project documentation.

- Experience
- Ground up experience a plus
- NYC DOB Supers License a plus
- Ten years overall construction experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations coupled with practical application ensuring compliance at all times. J
Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
