Location: Melville, NY – This is an on-site position where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team while enjoying occasional flexibility to work remotely for personal appointments when appropriate.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred, though attorneys with other strong litigation backgrounds will also be considered.

Job Description
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients in Federal and State Courts throughout New York and New Jersey.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on construction litigation, professional liability, and commercial litigation matters.
- Build strong client relationships while delivering practical, cost-effective legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar license.
- 2 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage litigation files independently while working collaboratively.
- Construction litigation experience strongly preferred.
