Job Description: Cage Cashier
Must be over 21 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work weekends and All Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting customers with various transactions
- Perform accurate and efficient cash handling
- Process customer transactions such as exchanging currency
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions
- Provide information to guests regarding casino promotions, events, and amenities
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with basic math concepts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
