Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups in a professional manner.
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, within dealership grounds and parking areas.
- Drive customer vehicles to designated areas such as service bays, wash stations, or parking lots, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Perform light outdoor tasks such as vehicle cleaning, yard organization, and assisting with vehicle movement around the lot.
- Support the service department.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars is essential.
- Prior dealership experience or familiarity with automotive services is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
