We now specialize in sprinkler system testing, repair and installation, kitchen and restaurant systems, fire alarm design, installation and service, backflow prevention devices, full service alarm monitoring, fire pump repair and installation, and underground hydrant repairs and installation, among the many services we offer.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Admin to join our growing team! This position will support our Onboarding and Pricing Specialists by updating and maintaining customer information and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintain internal databases by entering new or updated customer and account information
Accurately enter and review data in company systems, addressing any discrepancies
Review daily reports to ensure data consistency and completeness
Manage and organize customer files and records
Collaborate effectively with team members across departments
Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Team-oriented mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Full time Mon - Fri
8 hour shift
Preferred
1 year of relevant administrative or data entry experience
Familiarity with the fire protection industry is a plus
Experience with ProfitZoom or Building Reports is a plus
