Qualifications
- Prior Host / Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities; friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
- Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask, manage reservations, and handle high-volume periods
