Crescent Pointe Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Host/Hostess to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for an outgoing individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and has a strong attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Friday evenings: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends
- Events
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements
- Present menus and ensure guests are comfortably accommodated
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests at all time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional hostess station
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Support restaurant staff in delivering a high-quality dining experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
