Duties and Responsibilities
- welcomes and directs visitors and clients
- handles phone calls and directs calls appropriately
- coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments
- coordinates maintenance of office equipment and machines
- performs other general clerical duties that may include recordkeeping, managing petty cash, and handling packages and correspondence
- monitors and maintains office supply inventories
- collects information and prepares summaries and/or other written documents as needed
Skills/abilities:
- FLUENT in Korean and English (bilingual)
- detail-oriented and professional
- exceptional communication skills
- able to organize and prioritize tasks, including delegating when needed
- proficient with MS Office Suite
- basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, e.g., recordkeeping, filing
- independent worker
- reliable and punctual
- able to work with a diverse group of individuals
Education and experience:
- One year prior customer service experience helpful
- Associate's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
