Senior Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized stock of mobile products, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate for customer needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Apply retail math skills to assist with sales tracking and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mobile technology and products is advantageous.
• Proven ability to sell effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in managing stock and sales metrics.

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
