- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication
- Present product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes to deliver products and merchandise to customers
- Assist customers with product demonstrations, merchandising displays, and troubleshooting inquiries
- Maintain organized route driving schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups
- Handle heavy lifting of merchandise and equipment safely during deliveries and restocking
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Valid commercial driving license with experience in route driving and safe vehicle operation
- Proficiency in math for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly articulate product benefits
- Organizational skills for managing delivery routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and merchandising tasks as needed
- Experience in customer service environments with a focus on building positive relationships
- Military background or experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork skills
