Duties
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes to visit clients and deliver merchandise
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain organized routes by planning efficient schedules and ensuring timely deliveries
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Perform heavy lifting of merchandise and supplies as needed to support delivery and setup tasks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform route driving safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform merchandising tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and product displays effectively
- Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
