We are looking for self-motivated Retail Sales Associates who understand that they can dictate their pay through consistent sales. The sky is the limit on our no-cap bonus structure!!!

Qualifications:
- Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least a year of previous retail sales associate experience or exceptional customer service experience preferred but not required.
- A background in wireless communications is preferred but not required.
- Tech savvy
- Born problem-solver!
- Retail Sales Associates must be okay working in an ever-changing fast paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical sales support
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and services
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mobile devices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
