As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the best wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Stay up to date on promotions and new products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day.
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus, but not required).
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Weekend availability.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay
