Sales Representative (Urgently Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals, performance metrics, and customer service expectations.
• Assist customers with wireless plans, devices, accessories, and product recommendations based on their needs.
• Deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile standards.
• Educate customers on current promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Support daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow the customer base.
• Perform additional sales and store support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in wireless, electronics, or retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile technology, and wireless services preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
